Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

can you be sued on charge off credit card dfebt. plus how long can the credit card company sue you after the debt is declared bad debt.

Just be cause a debt is charged off, does not mean it has gone away. Generally, it means somebody bought a debt to collect.
