Can I be sued for the same debt twice?

I was sued by a debt collection attorney and there is a judgement for the amount owed. I have recieved a letter from a different attorney wanting to collect for the same debt. Can I be sued again for the same debt?

You can't be sued twice for the same debt, but they may have sent the judgment to the new attorney for collection. That's not the same as being sued twice.
