Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

I am being sued by a finance company.But a judge in the State of Kansas had thrown all franchise agreements. Can this company legally sue, if agreements have been deemed void?

yes..anyone can sue..but it may be defeated..so get a lawyer and defend the claim
