Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

I have been sued once for a level 1 discovery two years ago and a default judgement was placed on my credit. Now, in 2010, I am being sued again by the same plainiff for a level 1 discovery and admission by a different collector. My question is how many times can the credit collectors place a default judgment on your credit?

Are you sure it's the same debt? If it is, then you should counter-sue the plaintiff for filing a frivolous lawsuit.

You should defend this lawsuit, and engage in some level 1 discovery of your own.
