I am being sued by lvnv funding and I have to go to court in April.I filed an answer in May stated that the statue of limitation had run,but they are still going forward. What do I need to prove that the statue has run? They have also reaged the open date on my credit report.

Get with an attorney to go over your pleadings, because limitations has to be specially plead. Your attorney should also be able to muster proof of limitations from your credit report.
