Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

i am being sued by a payday loan company but i have spoken to the attorney over the phone i have not received the papers yet but i am trying to find out what can i do they said that they was chargeing me with a felony and the address that they have on filed i don't live their anymore i have not lived there in 5 years i took this loan out over the internet can some one help me please

tell them to put it in writing..and get names/addresses as they are breading the law..
