sued for student loans, what is the next step?

i have been sued for my student loans. it says to respond within 20 days to avoid default judgment. what do i respond?

At the least, you need to file a general denial with your identifying information. You can locate the appropriate documents at the law library. Ideally, you need to consult with an attorney.
