Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

I was sued about 4 years ago and and they were awarded the judgement against me, i was never served with the court papers. I know it has been a long time but is there anything i could do about it

In your case, the time limits are based on HOW LONG AGO you actually found out about the lawsuit. You need to go see a lawyer. Your remedy is called an equitable bill of review, and it is fairly complicated.
