Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

suit filed in district court

I was served for a suit on a deficiency car loan balance. I did not answer in 20 days. It has now been 34 days and last night I had a notice that a constable was trying to serve me a sapoena. Would this be for that lawsuit?f
