Summery judgement

a summery judgement is being filed against my wife for 9000 dollars for the deficit of a truck that was a voluntery repo. the amount includes attorneys fees,we do not have the money for a lawyer the case is april 10. since my wife is no longer working ,how do they collect the judgement? and if shes starts workin in the future how do they know if she does not have a checking account?is a judgement able to be included in a bankrupcy or should this amount owed be included in a bankrupcy before the judgement occures?

Hopefully you contacted a lawyeer and filed a correct answer/sworn denial...and they may get a judgment but it will bedifficule to collect but they can harass her by interrogatories/production/etc and at that time it would be wise to see a lawyer..
