Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

Can my Texas driver's license be revoked if I fail to pay a payday loan. I have made arrangements to pay, but due to the threat without really thinking I have made arrangements that will take my whole paycheck. I do want to pay them, but now they will not let me change the arrangements.

Based on your description, it appears that you have been threatened with a license revocation. My recommendation would be to invest in a tape recorder, and record the threats from this lender. Proof of violation of the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act could result in a judgment favorable to you.
