can past due credit card creditors in the state of texas put a lien on your homestead or turn your monies (owed to credit card)over to the irs as income earned? thanks

No to question #1. I am not sure what you are asking in #2. They can forgive the debt and file a 1099 which will operate as income on which you will have to pay taxes, however, this is highly unlikely. Charges on a credit card are not "income earned."
