If you were served with a summary hearing judgement, do you answer. And if so, is there a document or form your suppose to fill out? Exactly what are you suppose to say.

you need to see a lawyer or email all the documents you are talking about for one to properly answer and in my opinion, if I , or any lawyer, prepared the response..that lawyer would be involved in your case...good luck or see a local lawyer
