Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas
the town I live in(in Texas) has been awarded a summary judgement against my husband and I from a wreck between him and a city vehicle. We don't have ANY money to pay this and I want to know if they can put a lein on our home. It's our one and only home, whether it's officially our homestead I'm not sure...we have no other property aside from a 1983 car and a 1981 pickup. C
