Truck note

I am the owner of a dodge pickup i no longer wanted instead of selling it a friend of mine offered to take over the notes but it stayed under my name. We went to a notority and made up an contract and it agreed to her paying the note on time and to pay off the remainder of the loan well she has already missed a note and and is constantly late and again might miss a note what type of action can take against her??

What you did before a notary was a complete waste of time and money and probably a violation of your contract to pay for the truck. You better go get it and start making the payments. You can take it back if you can do it without a violation of the peace. You might want to hire a repo man. They are experienced in these matters where you obviously are not. Good Luck.
