Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

I have been unemployed for a yr. and trying to keep up with truck note. im 2 mos behind but making at least half payment each month. the finance co. knows my situation but continues to call sometimes 10 times a day. can they take my vehicle if im trying to pay something each month?

yes..most lenders can pick up if you are a day late..so get something in writing from them, if possible..and you may consider bankruptcy...call us..or a bankrupt lawyer
