unpaid small claims court judgement to cerdit reoprt
Hi
I'd like to know how to get an unpaid small claims court judgment onto the credit report of the person the ruling was against.
(I'd also like to know how to get him to pay it, but I don't think there's much i can do.)

You need to abstract your judgment. Hire a lawyer. If you can't afford it, or the amount does not justify it, then contact the county clerk, with a certified copy of your judgment. The forms are available in the law library, and it is usually a small fee.
