Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

Unpaid Wages

I worked for a start-up LLC in Texas for all of 2006 and Q1 of 2007. During this time the LLC failed to pay me $32K of my salary. On good faith, I allowed the owner to pay me $2K a month until the debt was to be cleared. That stopped 4 months ago. I am now owed $19K. I have signed statements from the owner of what I am owed and the plan to pay the debt. What do I do now? What can I do now?
