Unsecured personal loan

I have a 24,000 unsecured loan with a bank. My husband's company went on strike, and we were unable to pay the monthly pmt. What are my options? What can the bank do? Judgement, Sue?

Besides filing suit to take a judgment, you could also negotiate new payment terms. They would rather be paid than file suit.
