Voluntary Mobile Home Repossession

We voluntarily surrendered our mobile home. We own the land what are our rights as to get the company to move the mobile home they have sued us but will not respond to phone calls regarding my questions about when they will move it. what can i do? can i give them a time limit as they did me?

Forget the telephone. You need to write to them, preferably by certified mail. Tell them you'll start charging them rental for the time their mobile home is on your land.
