Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

We are volunutarly asking for a company to come and pick up our 2007 Saturn Vue that we are unable to pay for. The company has done nothing but made threatening phone calls and excuses for not picking the vehicle up or telling us where to deliver the vehicle. What legal grounds doe we have in this type of situation? We have been honest, not tried to hide the vehicle and they still do not want to work with us.

Write a short "cease and desist all contact except in writing" and that stops creditors calls..but cntinue to use the Saturn as they may not conisder it economical to repossess
