Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas
I will be appearing in civil court for a summary judgement. How do I prepare for this?

Is it a no-evidence summary judgment or traditional. The reason that is important: the burden of proof shifts with the no-evidence, which means that you would have to bring evidence into court. If the suit was on a sworn account, perhaps you did not file a verified denial. Good luck to you.
