Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

What will happen?

About a year ago my truck was repoed. They sold the vehicle for less than what I owed. They are trying to collect the remaining balance from me. Can they take another vehicle that is in my name that is paid for to settle the debt?

No; it is one of the many exemptions for debtors under Texas law.
