How do i write a response to a collection suit filed against me without incriminating myself?

we take such cases..but if u just write th court saying I deny the claim as stated..and the creditor or collectors have been unfair in collection efforts...and I request the basis for their claim..

THEN u will at least postpone it but anything said in such pleadings is not incriminating
