Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

How do I write a ''Written Answer'' to being sued?

My Friend is being sued for not paying her house note. In the court papers it stated she should submit a ''Written Answer'' within 20 days.

She can't afford to hire an attorney, so how do I help her write this written answer and what information do we include or exclude?

You answer the complaint in writing. If you dispute the claim, state the basis of the dispute, or simply deny the claim.

While I can appreciate your wanting to help, you are actually trying to practice law without a license to do so.
