Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

I am writng concerning a son who got a ticket many years ago and he does not know if there is a warrant out on him because of this; will he be arrested on the spot if he goes in to pay?

probaly not...but just call and you may be able to pay online or by mail...
