wrongful repossession

I made arrangements for payment on my loan on a saturday and on sunday night/monday morning they picked the vehicle up. They stated due to no insurance, in which i have full covage with allstate, they picked it up. i spoke with a rep face-to-face and wasnt advised of that or i would walked to the vehicle and showed them the insurance card. i've had this vehicle for 3 months and have been having problems with them since purchasing the vechile. Is this a wrongful repossession?

no when lenders threaten repos..they mean it..and unless yu pay, they will..talk does not help..perhaps they will negotiate, but if not..
