Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

About a year ago I lived with a roommate and I had to leave to my hometown due to a financial issue, my roommate never paid half of the bills simply because they were under my name. Can I make her pay for half of them. I have all the proper documentation if needed.

You can file a lawsuit in small claims court against her possibly but you need to get on it before the statute of limitations runs.
