Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
In 2002 i was arrested for 3 Title 5 felonies which all stemmed from a single incident , in 2005 i received 8 years deferred adjudication probation and in 2010 i successfully filed for and received early release. The terms of the order states that the charges are "Dismissed". So, my question now, since the charges were dismissed can i get the causes expunged from my record and not merely sealed?

No. The use of "dismissed" is very misleading but has more to do with your right to vote, etc. You absolutely cannot expunge those cases. You served probation for them which makes those cases ineligible.
