Hello, On 10 Aug. 2010 my Apartment at Tranqility Bay was broken in too, I like to break the lease and like for them to pay for it, the Crime was commited with a Key from the front Office, Thank you kaete

This is a difficult question to answer without reviewing you lease, however landlords have a general obligation to provide you with certain things such as safety. Under the law, a crimnal act can cut off certain claims.
