I'm 17 and my boyfriend is 21 can he get into any trouble? My mom doesn't agree doe she legally have a say in it?

Your mom tells you what to do until you are 18, living on your own, and paying your own bills. If you are asking if he can be prosecuted for sexual assault if you have sex, the answer is as long as you didn't start having sex before you turned 17, then no.
