In 2006 I was charged with a possesion charge and completed deferred adjudication successfully, well a week ago I was charged with the same offense a 2nd degree felony. Wat will happen, or what will they offer?

The best way to get an answer to your question is to hire a lawyer experienced with the court and prosecutor involved to get an educated guess on the kind of offer that may be made to you for a plea bargain. If you are unable to agree to a plea bargain, you case will be referred to the grand jury for indictment and set for trial if the grand jury returns a true bill of indictment.
