What does it mean by a person being convicted of ''7 counts'' of aggrivated kidnapping? Seven people? Seven times?

You would have to obtain a copy of the court's file, the charging documents and the judgments to know what the actual circumstances were. It could be 7 different kidnappings, or one episode of 7 people. You have to read the file to find out.
