Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
i was given 180 days to do on weekends with my 10 year probation sentence out of tarrant county for my felony dwi case. im trying to get 2 for 1 on the jail time and need help finding an attorney who will go back and talk to judge young out of 297 district crt.

I do not practice in Tarrant County. However in Bexar County, you do not get 2 for 1 on felony probation. Also on weekend jail, you do not get 2 for 1. You are free to retain an attorney to ask the court to modify the probation. However, you may have the same problem.
