Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
if I have 2 felony delivery of controlled substances and 2 misdemeanor theft convictions would a new charge of burglary of a habitation be enhanced?

It could be enhanced with a prior felony conviction. If the two felonies were convictions that were not at the same time, then it could be enhanced twice.
