Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
If I have a 1000 ft no contact with an individual, as long as I do not cross that barrier I can be in the area and document information to back up my case ???

Why do you want to play with fire? If you have a 1000 foot no contact with an individual order, then that is what is means. But, all it takes is for that individual to contact authorities and tell them that you broke the barrier. It is just not worth the risk.
