Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas

I'm 18 and my girlfriend Brittany is 16, we've been dating for 11 months (our relationship is serious ) and she lives with her mom. Her mom doesn't like me at all to the point that she was going to press charges against me cause she found out that we had sex (it was consensual and we were both minors). Her mom didn't press the charges but i had to agree not to make contact with brittany anymore. I haven't seen her in 2 months but we talk any chance we get. The last time we talked, she told me that her mom has been abusing her more mentally than physically but does both. Her mom abuse her cause brittany is going through depression since we haven't been together. Sorry for the long story but my question is, if her mom abuses her and brittany calls me to pick her up and take her to her dad's (who has custody of her on the weeks), can her mom still presss charges against for me breaking my agreement even though I acted in the best interest of her safety? And will it make it worse if we just leave without telling her mom or against her mom's decision?

If Brittany is truly being abused, she should contact the Department of Family Protective Services at 1-800-252-5400.

I don't mean to be rude, but I doubt that she's actually being abused.
