Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
Im 17 my girlfriends 16 her parents have texts that they say is me manipulating n grooming her for sex which I never did however I lied to her alot can these charges convict me if pursued and when she's 17 can I talk to her without legal consequences?

If you're 17 and the girl is 16, it isn't illegal for you to have sex with her (although it's a bad idea). It's even legal to "manipulate" her for sex. We used to call that "seduction."
Yes, you can talk to her without legal consequences. See the First Amendment of the United States Constitution.
