Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
Can 3 different individuals be charged with the same charge of possession of marijuana when at someone else location which owner is not there at the time of the drug raid?

yes, they all cnan be charged. However, to be convicted State will have to prove intentionally and knowingly possess the marijuana. This will depend on where the marijuana was found.
