Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
im 17 and i live in texas. i was caught with a class c misdemeanor. should i plead not guilty or guilty? can i get an expunge? will this be harder for me to get a job?

You need to hire a lawyer to help you get deferred disposition which is a reset with conditions (like a probation). A successful completion of the conditions will result in the dismissal of the case and you can hire a lawyer to expunge it completely from your record in the future.
While most Class C misdemeanors are currently not readily accessible via computer, companies are in the process of making the available just as the county records are easily accessed.
