If you have warrants and you go to DPS, you will be arrested. You will be brought to the court from which the warrants pend and be caused to take care of them whether by doing a probation or something or serving time. For purposes of criminal law, a person is an adult at age 17 (but not necessarily for purposes of class C offenses such as traffic.)

Why don't you post bonds and then deal with the cases?
