Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
Hello I have a 3 minor children and my fiance told me that he hasn't married me because he can not find a prenup to NOThold him responsibe for any of my children in case they get in trouble by the law when they become teenagers. He is not planning on adopting them. he just wants to stay their step father. Does the law hold him responsible if something was to happen with my children and the law

I assume that he is not their biological father.
He will never be held liable (criminally or otherwise) for the children's conduct, unless he instigated their behavior or conspired with them, or gave them the holdup gun, etc.
