I do not know what you mean by "activity". Nor can I make out the facts.
I do not know what evidence there is against you so I do not know if you have anything to worry about.
You do not need an attorney because you are not charged with anything, and they have not filed a motion to revoke.
At this time, if you are approached by any officials I would advise you not to say anything or write anything until you have hired a lawyer.
If there is any evidence you were even around a controlled substance or associating with dealers of drugs you can be revoked under standard conditions of probation in Texas.
The only disadvantage in hiring a lawyer early or when you have no charges; is the money you may lose if charges are not brought against you; the lawyer may keep part or all of the fee. Sometimes it makes you feel better. Also the attorney may be able to arrange a bond for you if you are on deferred adjudication probation and a motion to revoke is filed.
