Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
i have 2 mths. till i'm off 2years of unajudicated probation.i only finished 6 hrs of 120 hrs.comunity sevice,the probation officer gives me such a hard time,ive been n &out of hospitals,withMRSA or Stapholacoccus.she tells me not to come till the doctor clears me,now im diagnosed with rhumitoric arthoritus,pregnant, severe highblood pressure.is there any way i canhave adoctor write me an letter ,to excuse me ?Ive givenmy probation officer all my hospital papers,ive tried so hard to change officers,but im getting no where?please help???i have 2 misdemeanor thefts,(losed cases0 now this is a felony possesion of heroin??

Hire a lawyer to talk with the judge. You could easily get a waiver of the community service hours because of health issues but apparently the probation officer isn't going to help.
