2nd dwi
If someone was charged with 2 dwi convictions within a period of 5 years, and then they did not finish their probation and there is a warrant for their arrest will they automatically have to do jail time

Not automatically, but probably. You need to retain an attorney to negotiate the best possible deal -- hopefully to demonstrate the dramatic changes in your life that will justify continued probation.
