Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
need help
If there are 3 people in a house two in the living room and one in bed at the other end of the house and the taskforce comes in , the two in the living room are in the presence of an illegal substance. Would all three people get a possession charge or just the two in the room with it?

That depends upon the judgment call of the cops at the time. On the other hand, the person in the back bedroom might have a viable defense to a possession charge.
