Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
Im 17 im currently on probation for a burglary i turn 18 in 3 months, ice been court ordered to go to a placement for 3 months, my question is if i dont go, and i wait til im 18 to get off juvenile probation can i get arrested afterwards?

If you violate probation, you will be arrested. And, if the offense was committed when you were 17, you are on adult probation. (Even if you are on juvenile probation, if you violate, you can be arrested even after your turn 18, 19, 20, etc.)
