Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
I am 19 I got pulled over on the beach for spinning tires and there were empty beer cans behind the last upright seat. The constable gave me a ticket for open container if I try to fight it can they give me an MIP?

Generally, no .. he will not additionally file MIP. I would contest this matter.
