Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
3rd degree felony, accident involving injury DWI
Is it unreasonable to expect probation for a first time offense ? Person who hit another vehicle did not take a breath test but failed field tests and was given a DWI and and accident involving injury 3rd degree felony. They do have some speeding tickets and a PI on their record but no previous DWI's.
