Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas

I know that I have 2 speeding tickets that are unpaid but they were both last year and I do not remember where they were. (Out of town) I need to know if I can get my registration renewed (Since it is due) and if so will I get arrested if I go to the courthouse?

Call the Texas Department of Public Safety. They can help you if the tickets were in Texas.

I'm not sure about the registration renewal issue. Again they can help you. I do not expect you will have a problem unless you also have a ticket for no insurance If you are worried about getting arrested, you need to check and see if there are any warrants out for your arrest. If there are none, it is unlikely you will be arrested.
